OPERATORS NOTICE

SAFETY SLINGS
Must be on all items suspended from the boom at all times. One sling for each item: Tip hose= one sling. 5X4 reducer and one hose = one sling for reducer and one sling for 4” hose.

There can be no exceptions. If you break a sling while on the job – STOP PUMPING – repair or replace sling – resume pumping. If a temporary repair is done on the sling, or if it can not be repaired
CALL IN AS IF YOUR PUMP WAS DOWN. Notify job site personnel – keep all people away from tip hose – If they will not comply, STOP PUMPING.

ALL PUMPS MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE SPARE SLING. IT IS THE OPERATORS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS ON WHATEVER MACHINE YOU ARE OPERATING THAT DAY.

This is a big deal. The life you save is worth it.
YOU may be found personally liable for an injury or death.
