Perform job site monitoring & employee evaluations

It is very difficult to step outside yourself and do an unbiased evaluation of your friends and coworkers. This duty is often times best left to a seasoned individual that knows your business but has none of the personal attachments that go with an employee. Having over thirty-five years in the concrete pumping industry, my entire working life, I have the ability to watch your operators as they work and deliver to you an unbiased, experienced evaluation. I can also work with an operator and many times correct undesirable traits or misconceptions about how he performs his job. Most operators do not consider the ‘what can happen’ aspect of out of compliance behavior.
