Conduct safety meetings

Safety meetings are not only a good idea, they are a requirement. Your operators must have certain information before going on construction projects. OSHA fall protection training is just one. Keeping safety in front of your employees is a key to reducing accidents and their resultant costs. A regular schedule of organized safety meetings is a sure way to accomplish this goal. Fresh, current, applicable information will keep the attention of the people involved. Repetition is sometimes needed to make a point; the point should not be the repetition.
