Act as an expert witness in arbitration or litigation

Accidents are never on the schedule. Concrete pump accidents are never planed for that day. It does not matter if a vehicle ran a signal light and hit your pump or if jobsite personnel instructed your operator to set his outriggers over a subsurface void. If anyone or anything is damaged as a result, you and your insurance company are probably in line for some legal issues. Fault and liability may be obvious in your mind. It may not be as clear to an arbiter or jury member. There are times when a third party opinion is needed to clarify, reinforce or explain an action or procedure. That is the job of an expert witness. I am familiar with the applicable laws and standards by which you are required to operate. I am also familiar with your pumping equipment and the real world of its operation and capability. Having spent the last three years working as the Safety Director for a successful concrete pumping company I am very aware of the necessity of a strong, outside expert witness.

An expert witness must be credible and experienced, and with over thirty five years of working with concrete pumps in every day real life situations, I am both. I understand your business. I bring that experience and understanding as a consultant or expert witness.
